FTP Access Details

  • Address: Depending on your assigned server:
    • Server 1: ftp.eb-it.uk
    • Server 2: server2.ebithost.co.uk
  • Port: 21
  • Username: Your FTP username
  • Password: Your FTP password

Important:

Check your account details email to confirm which server your hosting is assigned to. The email will include the specific server details for your account.

If you do not already have an FTP account, you can create one from the control panel under FTP > Accounts. Alternatively, contact support for assistance, and we'll help you set it up.
