📢 Important Announcement: Upcoming Closures & Holiday Information
Dear Customers,
Weβd like to inform you of our upcoming closures to help you plan any support or services you may need:
π Christmas & New Year Break
We will be closed from 23rd December 2024 to 6th January 2025. During this time, we wonβt be processing tickets, ordering parts, or scheduling repair call-outs.
π§ Temporary Call-Out Closure
Additionally, we will be unavailable for call-outs from 13th January 2025 to 18th January 2025.
What You Need to Know:
π Parts Ordering:
Repairs requiring parts need orders placed as soon as possible since parts can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
π οΈ Repair Scheduling:
On-site repairs will resume starting from 6th January 2025.
π Website Design & Development:
Website projects will begin or resume from 6th January 2025 at the earliest. However, we can still proceed with website development until 23rd December 2024 if we have a rough plan or idea in place. Call us today to arrange a planning meeting!
