Using Problem Steps Recorder to help Diagnose Issues?

If you can re-produce a problem multiple times, and want to show a technician what you are getting the simplest way to produce a document that can be sent to us is using the "Problem Steps Recorder"
Simply search: "Steps Recorder" in Windows 7/10/11.

Once this opens up a small program will appear:

Click "Start Record"

Re do the actions you did to create the issue or what you wish to show.
Once done click "Stop and Review"

A new window will come up showing all the steps, read through it and click "Save" at the top.

This will ask you to save the file, save this into your "My Documents" or "Documents" folder.
And then attach this to an email to our support desk: support@eb-it.uk

This will go through a full step by step guide on what you did and how you did it, making it easier for a technician to see and reproduce the issue and give you a solution.
